All of our products are shipped by UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, HongKong Post, EMS. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 7 to 15 business days after being shipped out. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

2. Include RMA# on the outside of the package. It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of any package. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted.
3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RMA#. Packages received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products which you purchased from us must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
